All club officers, especially the President and Secretary, are advised to follow the President's monthly planner and along with club goals, the following is suggested for August planning. Attention is drawn regarding Zonal Meetings and to be followed by Cabinet meeting in Kampala on 7th September 2013.
* Contact Zone Chairpersons for the first District Governor's Advisory meeting. It is mandatory for the Club President, Secretary and Treasurer to attend.
* Arrange meetings with your Convenors to plan activities.
* Look for Organizations and NGOs to form partnership in service activities.
* Promote Peace Poster Contest.
* Look for prominent speakers to address your aclub meeting.
* Involve members in your Sight First Activity.
* Start planning your club's fund raising activity now.
*Attend the First Cabinet Meeting in Kampala, Uganda on 7th September 2013.
