KAMPALA: The Leadership Training Seminar for all the Cabinet and District Officers of Sub District 411B will be held on 7th September at the Grand Imperial Hotel, Kampala, according to the Training Coordinator Lion Edgar Mbahamiza.
He has requested all the participants to be at the hotel for registration well before the opening session at 9.00am E.A. Time. The welcome-remarks will be delivered by the Chairperson of the Multiple Council for District 411, Lion Poly Karimari Ndyarugahi who was also the Past Governor for the sub district.
The District Governor Lion Wilson Ndesanjo will address the seminar participants. According to the list of the district directory,there are 26 Cabinet Officers and 91 District Officers in the sub district which comprises Tanzania and Uganda.
The first topic on the agenda will be on the subject of duties and responsibility of Cabinet and District Officers by Lions Yese Mubangizi. The other topics will be as hereunder:
* Membership Retention and Strategies by Lion J.B. Ntangare.
* Fund Raising for Lion Programmes by Lion Dan Naturinda.
* Advancing Lionism Through Electronic Media by Prof. Mercy Ntangare.
* Closing speech by PDG/PMCC Lion Abdul Majid Khan.
Participants have been requested to carry with them mobile handheld devices like laptops, Ipad, Tablets or phones connected to internet so as to participate effectively in the training session.
