All Club Leaders in District 411B have been reminded to implement their club goals, district and international goals. As a reminder, the District Office has mentioned the following important projects for implementation during the month of September.
* District and International Dues to be paid within the first 150 days of the begining of this LY.
* Audited Accounts for 2012/2013 to be approved and sent to the respective District Officers.
* Finalize plans for the 8th October World Service Day.
* Invite ZC or a DO to visit the club.
* Prepare monthly newsletter and send to members.
* Ensure MMR and Activity Reports are being sent on time.
* Encourage members to attend the First Cabinet Meeting in Kampala.
* Encourage District Officers and Members to attend ISAAME Forum in Kathmandu, Nepal 5th to 8th December.
* Arrange for an inter-club activity.
