Mzizima club had organized a fund raising golf competition recently and funds collected from voluntary donations, will meet the expenses of the eye camp. Residents of Masasi and the surrounding villages will get the opportunity for free eyes examination, free reading glasses and cataract surgeries. Lions Club Mzizima has always been on the lead to provided health services in the up-country towns and rural areas.

Last year Mzizima Club provided free eye camp services at Kigoma, situated on the extreme western part of the country, hundreds of kms from Dar es Salaam to Kigoma.
