AT LAST RELIEF FROM PAIN!

DAR ES SALAAM: A continuous acute pain on hip bone coupled with lung infection and bed sore was a sort of night mare for an elderly man Feroze Gulam Hussain for quite sometime. The trauma of this pain ended when Lions Club of Dar es Salaam Pwani came to the rescue of this patient.

Members of the club in joint project with Lions Club of Kibo and well wishers sponsored the patient to TMJ Hospital in Dar es Salaam and a successful hip bone surgery was performed on 3rd September. Other treatments were for bed sores and lung infection.

The patient who was being well looked after and constantly visited by club members and friends, recovered well and discharged on 11th September.

The Secretary of the club Lion Rizwan Qadri said that Pwani Members had deep sympathy for the patient and constantly solaced him by visiting him.
