The story of "hacking allegations" was first reported by both the Cabinet Secretary and Treasurer about 48 hours ago. In a broader sense, "Hackers", especially the Black Hats are motivated by many reasons such as profit, protest, challenges or maybe criminal objectives.
Other computer Pundits describe someone hacking into the system of other computers with the name of "Crackers". A Cracker, may go through trial and errors but may succeed to gain un-authorized access to other computers in order to commit another crime such as destroying information or steal vital information and data maybe for a criminal purpose.
