Dar es Salaam, Tanzania: The count down for the Second Cabinet Meeting of Sub District 411B has begun and Cabinet Secretary Lion Kishore Simzia has advised all the Lions to start preparations. The meeting will be held in Dar es Salaam on 1st February 2014.
The Cabinet Secretary has particularly advised the Region Chairpersons, Zone Chairpersons, District Officers to start compiling their reports and send to the Cabinet Secretary before the deadline 20th January, just two weeks remaining for the deadline.
The District or Cabinet Officers who fail to meet the deadline will have to compile their reports by making at least 50 copies and hand-over to the CS during or before the meeting. Lion Kishore Simzia said that the full programme is under preparation and will be issued as a circular in the coming few days.

All the District and Cabinet Officers and club leaders are advised to prepare for their safaris from now onwards. The Cabinet Secretary and his assistant, Deputy Cabinet Secretary and Personal Assistant to the Governor are on standby for any further information.
