The council is body of all the past district Governors of Sub District 411B which comprises Tanzania and Uganda. It is entrusted with major issues which concern the running of the Sub District matters from time to time.
The Governor's Council secretary is Immediate Past Governor Lion Joseph Kiwanuka who is also expected to attend this meeting after which the report will be submitted to the Cabinet Meeting on Saturday morning.

| PDG Lion Satish Sharma will conduct the second meeting of the Governor's Council of Sub District 411B in Dar es Salaam on the morning of 31st January (Friday). The condensed report of the council will be put forward in the 2nd Cabinet Meeting on the following day. |
