GOVERNOR MEETS VETERAN LION IN LONDON

London, UK: Past Cabinet Treasurer and Charter President of Lions Club of Pwani Lion Suresh Gajjar and his spouse Meena Gajjar held a reception for District Governor Lion Wilson N. Ndesanjo at a hotel in Twickenham.The humble reception turned out to be full of camaraderie as both the hosts have many years of lionism experience in Tanzania.

Governor Wilson Ndesanjo presented his personal Governor's Banner and Lion Gajjar reciprocated by presenting the friendship banner of his club, Lions Club of Watford.

Along with his Lions friends many years ago in Dar es Salaam, they formed Lions Club of Pwani which today is recognized as one of the most active clubs in Tanzania and Uganda. In few days time, the club along with other fraternity club of Dar es Salaam will be organizing a procession and an Eye Camp to mark the World Sight Day at an open ground in the city centre.

District Governor Lion Wilson Ndesanjo, Lady Meena Gajjar and Lion Suresh Gajjar all proudly display the Governor's Banner when they met in London. Lion Suresh Gajjar is now an active member of Lions Club of Watford.
