"OUR WORLD, OUR FUTURE"

The winner of Peace Poster Contest held by Lions Club of Kampala Central, Nicole Chehart from Kaboja Primary School with Lions Leaders proudly showing the Peace Poster Certificates.

 

Lions Club of Kampala Central held a Peace Poster Contest in Kampala for two schools namely Kitante Primary School and Kaboja Primary School. This year's theme is "OUR WORLD, OUR FUTURE" and involved young boys and girls who expressed their feelings and intelligence through fine arts painting.

The contest is an international feature which is organized by more than 45,000 clubs throughout the world. The winners are chosen from club level to the district level and best ones are chosen by the district numbering 852 and further chosen the best ones at International Lions Clubs headquarters.
The winners are awarded prizes and get a chance to visit and see the international headquarters in the United States.

A presentation of some of the Peace |Poster Contest paintings which was organized by Lions Club of Mzizima in Dar es Salaam. The winners were expected to be recognized and presented with awards by the club leaders today. More information will be made available as soon as we get.
